Welcome to Ašika
Cottage AŠIKA is a beautiful First Republic villa, built in 1920 in the village Josefův Důl in the Jizera Mountains, formerly known as Josefsthal, near Jablonec nad Nisou. Located in a breathtaking part of the village called Dolni Maxov.
The villa was originally used as a residential house, later adapted for recreational purposes.
Villa AŠIKA offers accommodation for up to 22 people in two rooms with four beds, one room is for six people and the attic room is for six guests (ideal for six children). Of course there is a bathroom with two toilets and two showers with hot water.
For evening entertainment there is a common room connected with a kitchen equipped with an electric cooker, hot-air and microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer and an infrared sauna for two people.
The house is heated by biomass stove (pellets) and electric heaters, which are in each room.
Around the villa is a wonderful land with a total area of more than 1500 m2, full of deciduous and coniferous trees and boulders, which create a fabulous scenery. There are also a natural spring, two pools and a small garden lake. At the entrance to the building is a large fireplace and terrace, where sun loungers are available. Parking is provided in the garage for two vehicles, on the parking area for one car immediately at the entrance and the other two places are secured about 50 meters from the object.
